If you do not fully read, fully understand and accept all the terms of this agreement, you have no right to use the software and related services. When a software user accepts this agreement in an express or implied manner at the time of registration, it shall be deemed that he has read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This Agreement shall have legal effect between the user and wheat kernel software and become a binding legal document for both parties. For users outside Chinese Mainland, the performance of this Agreement and the enjoyment of this software service shall also comply with the laws of the country or region to which the user belongs.

1. About software and services

When using this software, the user shall select the version of this software that matches the terminal, system, etc. Otherwise, the user may not be able to use the software normally. 1.5 the authorized user of the software will be granted a non transferable and non exclusive license by Maili software to use the software in accordance with the scope and manner limited by this Agreement and other agreements and rules of Maili software. 1.6 the user can download and store the data, files, etc. generated by the software. The relevant data or results include all copyright information contained in the software. 1.7 the software adopts cloud computing technology and can be accessed through official links without installation. Users can directly obtain the software link from the official website of wheat kernel software and the third-party website authorized by wheat kernel software. 1.8 the accounts of all software and platforms under wheat grain software can be used mutually, but the authorization of a single software is only limited to the software product and related services. If the user has never obtained the software or the software with the same name as the software from a third party authorized by wheat grain software, wheat grain software cannot guarantee the normal use of the software and will not be responsible for the losses caused to the user. 1.9 protecting the personal information of users is a basic principle of Maili software. Maili software will collect, use and store user information according to the provisions of this agreement. 2. Authorized use of software

If you continue to use the relevant services, you need to pay the corresponding fees according to the charging standards published by wheat grain software. 2.11 the software authorization fee shall be paid in advance through the payment method accepted by the software. 3. Precautions for users
