📄️ Software overview
Maili software is a cloud structure simulation analysis software, which helps users evaluate the structure performance of products through computer simulation.
📄️ Software interface
Maili software interface is mainly composed of main menu, toolbar, model tree, graphic window and calculation progress bar.
📄️ Operation process
Import
📄️ Material
Select "material" under the "file" menu to enter the material window, or directly click the "material" shortcut button on the toolbar to enter the material window.
📄️ Discrete settings
Select "discrete" under the "tools" menu to enter the discrete window, or directly click "discrete" under the model tree to enter the discrete setting window.
📄️ Contact
If the model is an assembly and is connected by multiple parts, contact pairs need to be established for each part; Tools Select Contact, Enter the contact settings window, or directly click Contact; Shortcut button to enter the contact window.
📄️ Load
Select "load" under the "tools" menu to enter the load setting window, or directly click the "load" shortcut button on the toolbar to enter the load window.
📄️ Restraint
Select constraint under the tools menu to enter the constraint setting window, or click Constraints Shortcut button to enter the constraint window.
📄️ Post treatment
After the solution task is completed, you can select "cloud map" under "post-processing" in the model tree, and select the solution result to enter the post-processing cloud map analysis module. The cloud diagram analysis module can select different display indicators. For structural statics, the commonly used stress and displacement indicators can be displayed. The user can also analyze the path data by defining the path. When performing path analysis, the user needs to select the calculation result, the defined path, the number of intervals (the number of points interpolated on the path), the index corresponding to the X and Y axes, and click OK to generate the path analysis curve corresponding to the index.
📄️ solve
Select "solution" under the "tools" menu to enter the solution task setting window, or directly click Solve Shortcut button to enter the solution task setting window.
